XPert Weight & Wellbeing at Aylesbury Central PCN
The XPERT Weight and Wellbeing programme is 12 weeks covering topics such as ‘The Diet Cycle’, eating frequency and what happens to food when we eat. This is an interactive programme aiming to give participants the information on how to make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their health. From a different topic each week, participants are able to pin point the areas they feel will work for them along with an understanding of why. Throughout the programme they are encouraged to set goals and reflect on these allowing adaptions to be made so they can continue with their lifestyle changes.
