Coconut Milk
Green Beans

Method:
- Add small amount of coconut milk to pan
- Reduce the coconut milk until very thick
- Add green curry paste and stir fry for 2 mins
- Add remaining coconut milk and bring to boil
- Add chicken & boil for 10 mins
- Add veggies and continue boiling for another 5 mins or until chicken cooked through
- Add optional tsp sugar / squeeze of lime
- Serve with fist size boiled rice
